This means every item is unique and may show slight differences from the images displayed online. Minor imperfections are a testament to the authenticity and artisanal value of each creation. All products come with packaging and a certificate of authenticity. Production is made to order and may take up to 15 working days before shipping. Some in-stock pieces are shipped within 2 working days, but availability and lead times cannot be guaranteed for each item at the time of order. Nahele Gioielli reserves the right to change quantities, designs, and styles at any time without notice.
4. Warranty and Intellectual Property Nahele Gioielli products are made in Italy using Italian materials by skilled Italian artisans. All trademarks, logos, texts, and images on the site are the exclusive property of Nahele Gioielli.
5. Prices All prices are listed in Euro (€), including VAT and packaging. Shipping costs are not included and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination. Any duties or customs taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Nahele Gioielli reserves the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed orders will maintain the price indicated at the time of purchase.
6. Order Procedure To purchase a product, you must:

The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation by Nahele Gioielli.
Payments are processed after verification and authorization.
8. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped via express courier to the address provided, with a tracking code sent to the customer. Estimated costs and delivery times:
- Italy: €10 — 1–2 working days
- Europe: €15 — 3–4 working days
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: €30 — 4–5 working days
- United States and Canada: €40 — 5–7 working days
Free shipping on orders over €150 within Italy and €200 within Europe. No shipments are made on public holidays or weekends. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Returns and Exchanges Customized products: cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-customized products: returns or exchanges may be requested by emailing info@nahelegioielli.com within 14 days of receipt. Returns: accepted only for unused products, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are issued as store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for one year. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges: shipping costs for exchanges are also borne by the customer. Production times depend on availability and will be communicated after the request. 10. Purchases from Retailers Products purchased from official retailers are not subject to the same return and refund conditions as those purchased on the website.
