Jewelry Care Guide

The brilliance of stones and the shine of metals can be affected by dust, pollution and daily wear. To preserve your jewelry, we recommend storing each piece in its original packaging or in a fabric-lined pouch. Use the microfiber cloth provided to clean it gently and help prevent scratches and dullness.
Before applying perfume, lotions or creams, remove your jewelry or wear it as the final step in your routine. If it comes into contact with chemicals, clean it immediately. Store each piece separately to avoid scratches and limit wear during intense physical activity, as sweat can dull the metal. Always remove your jewelry before swimming in the sea or pool, as salt and chlorine can damage it.

Silver jewelry
Silver is a delicate metal. To keep it shiny, use specific silver-care products or a gentle degreasing soap. Clean gently, rinse with cold water and dry with a soft, clean cloth.

Gold-plated jewelry
Gold plating, around 2–3 microns thick, naturally tends to wear over time. To preserve it for longer, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, at the beach or while swimming. Clean it only with a soft microfiber cloth, without using chemical products. When the plating wears off, it can be restored by contacting us or by requesting the service from a trusted jewelry workshop.

Yellow bronze jewelry
Bronze is naturally sensitive to oxidation. Nahele yellow bronze jewelry is treated with a thin layer of transparent resin that helps prevent color changes and reduces the risk of green marks on the skin.
For cleaning, use mild soap, clean gently, rinse with cold water and dry with a soft cloth.
